All essential information on delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and the payment methods accepted at AVENOR for our home and garden range is set out on this page. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you finalise your order.

Please note: For shipments outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may be levied. These are not collected by AVENOR but imposed directly by the customs authorities or carrier in the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the following working day.

Where an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will keep you informed without delay should this arise.

3. Shipping Partners

Your order will be sent via one of our trusted logistics partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking reference so you can follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, changes to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

On occasion it may be necessary to split a single order into multiple consignments — for example when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will be applied in such cases.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted at AVENOR:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by AVENOR at any stage.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent to you by email, containing all legally required particulars with VAT shown as a separate line item.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

Should your order not arrive within the stated window, or if the parcel shows signs of damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@avenor.com quoting your order number. We will act promptly to identify the most appropriate resolution.
